Radvision is a company that provides video conferencing as well as video conferencing components and peripherals. It was founded in 1992 and founded in Tel Aviv, Israel with Boaz Raviv serving as C.E.O. (Chief Executive Officer). In addition to Boaz Raviv this company has an extensive leadership board.

This company is publicly traded and is part of the second largest stock exchange by the name of Nasdaq (National Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotations). They are also traded on Israel’s stock exchange by the name of TASE (Tel Aviv Stock Exchange).

This is Israel’s only stock exchange with just above 600 companies traded. Even though this company operates out of Israel, it does business in the United States, England, Japan, Korea, Brazil, and France. They have over 400 employees and recorded revenue of over 78 million dollars in 2011.

The products and services they offer are video infrastructure and video management. Radvision has much to offer and is a very successful company. However, in 2012 it entered into an agreement with a company by the name of Avaya to have them (Avaya Inc.) purchase them.

Avaya Inc. is a company that provides communication network services. This company is based in Baskin Ridge, NJ and has been chosen to be the supplier of telecommunication equipment for the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics held in Russia.
